In alignment with the global emphasis on sustainable development, the Taipei Fine Arts Museum (TFAM) is progressively implementing environmentally friendly and recycling initiatives. At the end of this year, TFAM will launch the "TFAM ⬌ REUSE" program, embracing the eco-conscious philosophy of "Not Just Today, Upcycle for All." This initiative involves collaboration with various local Taiwanese designers to conduct material analysis, recycling research, and testing. The goal is to transform discarded exhibition materials into creative derivative products, thereby extending the experience and memory of the exhibitions. These upcycled creations are intended to circulate back into the museum, fostering new possibilities for integrating art into everyday life.

The second series of derivative products utilizes recycled exhibition promotional banners and streetlight flags from the exhibition "The Noisy Solitude: A Century of Taiwanese Gouache." Through the meticulous hand-sewing craftsmanship of Taiwanese artisans, combined with contemporary design aesthetics, these discarded materials are revitalized, infusing new life into the museum's previously decommissioned resources.
